A las 19.30 horas de hoy, un escuadrón del ejército israelí compuesto de 6 soldados vestidos como palestinos se introdujeron en Beit Ommar conduciendo una Ford Transit blanca con matrícula palestina y se llevaron al menos seis jóvenes de entre 13 y 16. Al amparo de la oscuridad los soldados lanzaron granadas aturdidoras y gases lacrimógenos a los aldeanos aterrorizados en las estrechas calles de la ciudad. Se cree que los jóvenes se encuentran detenidos en el asentamiento de Karmei Tsur.
Más tarde un grupo de alrededor de una docena de colonos del asentamiento de Tsur Karmei realizaron una manifestación en la autopista 60 y han atacado a los pobladores palestinos de Beit Ommar. Israeli army snatch squad of 6 soldiers dressed as Palestinians drove into Beit Ommar in a white Ford Transit with Palestinian number plates and took away at least 6youths aged between 13 and 16. Under cover of darkness the soldiers terrified villagers by throwing numerous stun grenades and firing tear gas into the narrow streets of the town. It is believed that the youths are being detained in Karmei Tsur settlement.
Later this evening a group of around a dozen settlers from Karmei Tsur settlement staged a demonstration on Highway 60 and have attacked Palestinian villagers from Beit Ommar. Reports are coming in that there are 10 Israeli army and Police units at the scene and using loudspeakers to order the villagers back to their homes. Soldiers are firing flares, stun grenades and tear gas. The army have again entered Beit Ommar. Jeeps are patrolling the main street and further arrests of local teenagers are expected throughout the night.

It is thought that the Israeli soldiers are punishing villagers for the rallies held at the illegal Karmei Tsur settlement protesting against the destruction of dozens of fruit trees on confiscated farmland. In recent weeks Israeli soldiers have been filmed beating villagers and attacking journalists filming their indiscriminate violence. Last month a 10 year old child was shot with a rubber coated bullet by soldiers from Karmei Tsur during one of their regular invasions to terrorise and intimidate villagers

Ahmad Abu Mahmud Salaf y Sha'baan fueron deportados a la Franja de Gaza el mes pasado a aplicar sobre ellos el decreto 1650 de la ley israelí. Ambos están casados con mujeres palestinas que tienen ciudadanía israelí.
Abu Salaf sostenía fotos de sus hijos y mujer y exigiendo que se le permita volver a verlos y a estar con ellos cuando las tropas abrieron fuego contra él y su amigo Sha'baan.
El decreto 1650, entró en vigor el mes pasado, el ejército israelí controla totalmente para detener y deportar a cualquier palestino en la Ribera Occidental que no tenga permiso de Israel para vivir en la Ribera Occidental.

Troops Open Fire At Two Palestinians Protesting At Ariz Crossing
Israeli troops inured two Palestinian men while they were protesting at the Arizcrossing on Tuesday.
Ahmad Abu Salaf and Mahmoud Sha’baan were deported to the Gaza Strip last month after Israeli enforced law 1650 on them. Both are married to Palestinianwomen that hold Israeli citizenship.
Abu Salaf was holding pictures of his children and wife and demanded that he is allowed to go back to them when troops opened fire on him and his friend Sha’baan.
1650 order, which took effect last month, gives the Israeli military almost full control to detain and deport any Palestinian in the West Bank who does not have permission from Israel to live in the West Bank.
This includes tens of thousands of Palestinians from the Gaza Strip, and those who returned to the West Bank and decided to stay or Gazans who are married to Arab Israeli and live in Israel.
The order also includes non-Palestinians who are married to Palestinian citizens but do not have Israel's approval to stay in the West Bank.

The village Sheikh said that he came on to open the mosque for the dawn prayers when he noticed the fire. Residents gathered and tried to stop the fire and called the firefighters from the nearby city of Nablus.
The fire destroyed 60% of the mosque. Residents accuse Israeli settlers from the nearby Malayh Levona settlement.
Palestinian religious officials arrived at the village to show support for the villages. Israeli military officers also came to the village and took samples from the mosque to investigate the incident.
Earlier this year settlers set a mosque in southern West Bank village. The Israeli police arrested a dozen settlers in connection to the attack; six were found guilty.

La familia del detenido Ahmad Asfour expresó una apelación a los derechos humanos y grupos jurídicos para intervenir y salvar la vida de su hijo que resultó gravemente herido durante la guerra en Gaza y fue secuestrado en un cruce de Israel después de haber recibido todos los documentos necesarios para recibir tratamiento médico en Jerusalén.

The family of detainee Ahmad Asfour voiced an appeal to human rights and legal groups to intervene and save the life of their son who was seriously wounded during the war on Gaza and was kidnapped at an Israeli crossing after receiving all needed documents for medical treatment in Jerusalem.
The detainee Ahmad Samir Asfour, lost body parts, sections of his intestines and his pancreas. He underwent several surgeries in Egypt and needed further extensive treatment in Jerusalem. He also became diabetic.
After receiving all needed documents and admission papers to St. Joseph Hospital in Jerusalem, and after receiving Israel’s approval to leave Gaza for treatment in
Jerusalem, Asfour and his father were detained at the Erez terminal and he was taken prisoner despite his deteriorating health condition.
Asfour suffers constant pain, needs help in his daily life and need a pancreas transplant. He also needs urgent surgery in his elbow.
The Israeli prison administration disregarded his file and refused to have him hospitalized.

Israeli soldiers invaded on Tuesday at dawn an area in Rafah, in the southern part of the Gaza Strip, leveled the Al Dahniyya mosque and uprooted farmlands.
Local sources reported that the mosque was leveled to the ground after several armored military vehicles and bulldozers invaded Rafah.
Also in Rafah, soldiers uprooted farmlands near the Yasser Arafat Airport east of Rafah.
Several military bulldozers and armored vehicles bulldozed farmlands and opened fire at random in Al Dahniyya area.

Jamal Daraghma, jefe de la aldea de Al Lubban Consejo, informó que los colonos atacaron la mezquita aproximadamente a las 3 am de este martes, e hicieron una hoguera con copias del Corán a las que prendieron fuego.
Daraghma agregó que la mezquita se encuentra en el centro del pueblo que está rodeado por tres asentamientos construidos en un 30% de las tierras robadas de los residentes. La aldea, 22 kilómetros al sur de Nablus, tiene 3000 habitantes.

A group of fundamentalist settlers torched the main mosque of the Al Lubban Al Sharqiyya village, south of the northern West Bank city of Nablus.
Jamal Daraghma, head of the Al Lubban Village Council, stated that the settlers attacked the mosque approximately at 3 A.M, rounded up several copies of the Holy Koran in one place and set them ablaze.
Daraghma added that the mosque is located in the center of the village which is surrounded by three settlements built on %30 of lands stolen from the residents. The village, 22 kilometers south of Nablus, is inhibited by 3000 residents.
He stated that the village is subject to frequent attacks carried out by the settlers who previously set ablaze farmlands and uprooted trees.
Local sources reported that the residents woke up on sounds of destruction and sounds of vehicles before they notices the torched mosque.
Eyewitnesses confirmed seeing several settler vehicles driving in the village and speeding out of it after the mosque was set ablaze.
The mosque was totally torched, some fifty copies of the Holy Koran were burnt and its walls and ceilings became cracked with significant parts of its ceramics falling down.
Its 450 square meters of carpet, eight air conditioners and seven fans were burnt too and its electric wiring was fully sabotaged.
This is the third mosque to be torched by the settlers this year as the settlers torched a mosque in Yasuf village near Salfit and another mosque in Huwwara town, near Nablus.

Las tropas israelíes detuvieron hoy lunes 3 de mayo a 13 civiles palestinos durante invasiones dirigidas por la mañana a comunidades de Cisjordania.
Las invasiones se registraron en las ciudades de Belén y Hebrón, sur de Cisjordania, así como Qalqilia, en el norte.
Entre los detenidos, hay tres niños.
Cuatro hombres y tres niños fueron tomadas por las tropas durante las búsquedas casa por casa en Hebrón y la cercana localidad de Beit Omar. Otros cinco fueron tomados de Belén y Qalqilia.
