Marcha semanal en contra de la ocupación en Beit Ommar-Weekly demonstration against occupation in Beit Ommar

Hoy sábado 26 de febrero se llevó a cabo la protesta semanal en contra de la ocupación ilegal en Beit Ommar.
Un grupo de grajeros de la zona, habitantes de Beit Ommar acompañados por alrededor de 30 visitantes internacionales de diferentes países del mundo, caminaron hacia la alambrada que separa las tierras de Beit Ommar del asentamiento ilegal de Karmei Tsur. En total se trató de un grupo de unas 100 personas con banderas de distintos países del mundo y entonando coros por la Liberación de Palestina.
Se movilizaron en pas y varios de los manifestantes se dirigieron hacia los soldados pronunciando su mensaje de paz y su posición respecto de la ocupación ilegal.
De pronto, cuatro colonos con perros entraron a través de la reja de separación con la intención de amedrentar y buscar pelea contra los manifestantes. Luego de que uno de los palestinos denunció el hecho, los soldados llevaron a los colonos hacia afuera de la alambrada.

Today Saturday 26th February took place the weekly demonstration against illegal occupation in Beit Ommar.
A group of farmers and inhabitants from Beit Ommar accompanied by around 30 internationals from different countries, walked till the fence which separates Beit Ommar lands from the illegal settlement of Karmei Tsur. They were in total around 100 persons with flags from different countries singing songs in favour of Palestinien Freedom.
They walked in peace and some of the manifestants gave the israeli soldiers their pacific message and their position about the illegal occupation.
Suddenly, four settlers with dogs entered through the fence with the clear intention of attack and fight with the demonstrators. After one of the Palestinians had claimed about this, the soldiers took the settlers out of the fence.
