Hoy martes, Ghassan Doughlas, oficial palestino a cargo del monitoreo de asentamientos israelíes en el norte de Cisjordania, confirmó que los colonos comenzaron obras de expansión del asentamiento ilegal Eli, al sur de la ciudad de Nablus.
