Fuentes médicas palestinas informaron ayer viernes que un niño murió en un hospital en Gaza después de que Israel se negó a permitir que su familia lo trasladara a un hospital israelí para recibir tratamiento médico especializado.
El niño fue identificado como Mohammad Khader de 7 meses. Su muerte eleva el número de pacientes que murieron debido al asedio del sitio, a 374 víctimas por la negligencia israelí.
Khader sufría de una inflamación cerebral y necesitaba tratamiento especializado, debido al estado de sitio ilegal promovido por el gobierno israelí, los hospitales de la Franja de Gaza carecen de equipos y suministros básicos.
La familia de Khader trató de trasladarlo de Gaza presentado varias solicitudes a Israel para que les permitieran viajar, pero todos sus pedidos fueron denegados.
